Rovaro splits a group drive into the part you do at a desk and the part you do behind the wheel. The website plans; the app drives; the memory is yours afterwards. One rule runs through all of it: eyes on the road.
Set the drive up before anyone turns a key.
Everything route-related on the site is for planning. Find a drive that’s already happening, pick a curated route, or line up your own crew — then hand it to the app. The website never navigates.
- Browse Events for drives, meets and track days. Say you’re going — free, no account.
- Pick a route from Discover: a shareable plan between verified public places, importable into the app by its short code.
- Bring your crew — a convoy for one drive, or a club for the people you drive with every week.

Open the Drive tab, tap CONVOY and create one — you get a 6-character code. Share it and everyone’s in, no account or password needed. Then the app keeps the group together so you don’t have to.
- A live convoy map: every car moving in real time, with per-driver ETAs to the shared destination.
- Push-to-talk to the whole convoy — hands-free, relayed live, never recorded.
- Safety pins the group sees instantly: a hazard ahead, a regroup point, or SOS if you break down.
- Turn on “keep sharing in the background” and your car stays on the map with the phone in a cradle or the screen off. Leave the convoy and sharing stops.

Every drive lands in your journal, on your phone. What leaves it — and who sees it — is your call.

Four rules, built in.
Set up your route, convoy and comms before you move. Voice is hands-free; anything that needs the screen is for a passenger. The app is a companion, not a navigation authority — signs, law and sense come first.
Public routes only start, break and finish at verified Hubs — a cafe, a circuit, a car park. Never someone’s home. Private meeting points stay inside your convoy.
Your drives are yours. Live location goes to your convoy only, only while you’re in it — and your speed is never stored or shared. You choose the audience for anything you share.
Convoys and clubs are join-by-code, never a public directory. There’s no feed of strangers, no ads, and your data isn’t sold.
